Why do I need a wetland delineation?

Wetlands are protected under State and Federal regulations and can potentially require compensation to impact. A delineation is required to find out the location, size, and quality of wetlands within a project site. 

Why do I need a listed species assessment?

This is to determine whether there are any State and/or Federally listed species on the subject property or to determine if suitable habitat is present for a variety of listed species.

How do I know if I have a gopher tortoise on my property?

An FWC authorized gopher tortoise agent must conduct a survey to identify potentially occupied gopher tortoise burrows.
